(1) Do I need to come to your factory to order?
Welcome to visit our office and factory! But if this is out of your budget, do not worry; we can do everything through email, phone and post.
(2) Can i get sample for approval ?
Sure, PP sample will be sent for approval before bulk. And the shipment samples will be sent for approval 1 week before shipment .
(3)What is the costing for the sampling and sample charge refundable or not?
The sampling cost is around $10.00 to $100.00 depends on design and fabric.
The samples will be sent by express(FedEx, UPS, DHL).
Sample charge is refundable when the order quantity is achieved our MOQ.
(4)Can I put my own label and logo on the clothes?
Yes, and you have two options:
A: Sending your label design to us and we make them for you, but you will need to meet our MOQ;
B: Sending your finished labels to us and we put them on the clothes but you will need to meet our MOQ.
